The long journey starts at the sunny coffee plantations in Latin America, Africa and Asia. When the berries - coffee cherries are ripe and ready to be harvested. Green coffee seeds are separated from the flesh.
Green beans are shipped to the roastery Caffè Diemme in Padova where coffee is blended and roasted.
